BadAss Wood Electric Propeller, 10x6 Reverse

The propeller is the most important component in any Electric Power system.  Correct sizing of the propeller is essential to obtain maximum performance from your motor.  BadAss Wood Props are designed specifically for use with electric motors and offer both outstanding performance and great looks!  BadAss props are made from premium grade Beechwood using the latest CNC machining equipment for precise airfoil control and repeatable performance from one prop to the next.  These props offer very high levels of efficiency to get the most thrust available from your power system.  The light weight of Beechwood props also provides faster acceleration of your motor for more precise throttle control of your aircraft, especially when performing 3D type maneuvers.

After CNC carving and careful finish sanding, each BadAss wood prop is painted with a black polyurethane base.  From there the custom BadAss Power Systems logo is added and the front side of the prop tips are painted white.  To finish the process a clear coat of UV cured, high-gloss polyurethane is applied to seal the prop and provide protection from the elements.

BadAss props are available in sizes from 10 to 24 inches in diameter, with multiple pitches in each diameter to fit a wide range of aircraft and electric power systems.  Props from 10 to 14 inches in diameter come with a 6mm hole drilled in the hub, and include a reducer bushing for use on 5mm threaded prop shafts.  Props from 15 to 21 inches come with an 8mm hole in the hub, and include a reducer bushing for use on 6mm threaded prop shafts.  Props from 22 to 24 inches come with a 10mm hole in the hub, and include a reducer bushing for use on 8mm threaded prop shafts.

Due to the nature of wood props, the weight can vary from one prop to the next.  The average weight of the BadAss 10-inch props is 13.6 grams or 0.48 ounces.
