APC Folding Blade Prop 15x12

APC Folding Props are great for applications that require short bursts of power, with extended periods of gliding in between, such as Electric Sailplanes, Motor Gliders and LMR (Limited Motor Run) type models. When the motor is turned off, the airflow folds the prop blades up against the aircraft fuselage reducing the prop drag for more efficient gliding flight.

According to APC's published Maximum RPM formula of 120,000 ÷ D for APC Folding props, the 15x12 prop should not be used over 8,000 RPM.
